Tiger Explorer price confirmed
Tiger Explorer unleashed at £11,149 OTR
Following on from last year's standout Tiger 800 models, the Tiger Explorer comes well equipped to take on the class heavyweights with a greater degree of performance, character and sophistication than its main competitors, at a price that represents excellent value for money.
Powering the Tiger Explorer is an all-new 137PS three-cylinder engine controlled by an advanced ride-by-wire system which allows safety enhancing two-way traction control and electronic cruise control to be fitted as standard, while a strong shaft drive system has been fitted for low maintenance riding.
A high specification runs throughout the Tiger Explorer with neat touches like adjustable screen, handlebar and seat heights, an auxiliary power socket, centre stand and a comprehensive instrument pack that includes two trip computers to ensure the rider is fully aware of their progress on any given journey.
Quality and convenience ooze from the Tiger Explorer with excellent pillion provision, adjustable rear suspension and a high capacity generator to facilitate the fitment of multiple electrical accessories, such as satellite navigation equipment, auxiliary lights and heated seats, heated gloves and clothing options from the official accessories range.
With its class-leading performance and high specification as standard, Triumph believes that the Tiger Explorer sets a new standard in the class. ABS, traction control and cruise control all help to create a premium product in a standard package.
Over the past few years Triumph have built a reputation for quality and value, continuing the trend with the Tiger Explorer. With its three-cylinder engine and excellent chassis dynamics the Tiger Explorer offer customers a unique proposition in the premium adventure touring class.
The 2012 Triumph Tiger Explorer will go on sale in March priced £11,149 OTR. For more information on this bike come on in store, or click here to contact us.
