Triumph have unveiled four new special edition and limited edition motorcycles which become available for the early part of the new riding season in 2010.

BONNEVILLE SIXTY
This new limited edition Bonneville is inspired by the classic design of the '69' Bonneville. It features the unique Meriden blue/Caspian blue two-tone paint scheme. The distinctive colour scheme combined with a limited supply for the UK of just 120 units will increase this machine's desirability. Each machine will also come with a numbered plaque on the handlebar clamp plus a certificate of authenticity. With only 650 units planned globally, you'll have to be quick if you want one.
Availability is April. Retail price will be approximately £300 more than a Bonneville T100 (as at April 2010 pricing).This model will be on factory allocation. |

SPEED TRIPLE SE
Following on from the success of this seasons "15th anniversary" model we are pleased to announce that Triumph will be releasing a fresh SE version of the Speed Triple. The 2010 version gets two-tone paint scheme of Tornado red with a crystal white centre stripe and black pinstripe. It also includes colour matched flyscreen and seat cowl as standard.
Additional features include updated suspension i.e. modified internal components to both forks and rear suspension to improve damping. Combined with a 5% softer rear spring this model offers better rider comfort and reduced fork dive under heavy braking. Availability is April. Expect a nominal price increase over the base model Speed Triple. |

THUNDERBIRD WITH PREMIUM PAINT FINISH
Two new flamboyant paint schemes will be introduced on the Thunderbird. A phantom blue haze or phantom red haze option, both painted at Hinckley, will strengthen the Thunderbird range. The paint contains a high sparkle content that reacts to sunlight which can transform the colour to vibrant blue or red to near black.
Production will be very limited. Available from March - supply to be allocated by the factory. On the road price will carry a premium in the region of £700 to the single colour Thunderbird. |

BIG BORE 1700cc THUNDERBIRD
Triumph will also be making a limited number of big bore versions of the current Thunderbird as a factory built option. The model will feature new pistons, liners, camshafts and uprated clutch springs lifting power from 85bhp to 97bhp.Torque increases from 106ft/lbs to 115ft/lbs. This new model comes with a bespoke "1700" clutch cover embellisher and is fully homologated for the UK.
Available from March - supply to be allocated by the factory. Price premium approx £1000. |
