We are currently looking for Motorcycle Aftersales Advisors to join our team at our brand new Laguna Triumph store in Maidstone, which will open this year - as well as our Laguna Motorcycles multi-franchise store in Maidstone. As one of the UK's most successful premium multi-franchise motorcycle dealerships, this is a great opportunity to work alongside some of the finest motorcycles and engage with like-minded bikers.

Working in a team environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers using our workshop services and parts and accessories department. You will be required to liaise with the workshop technicians to understand work in progress, keeping customers informed and where necessary, requesting authorisation for additional work.

The role also includes various administrative responsibilities with regard to invoicing, processing warranty claims and marketing campaigns. This is a very process driven and customer service focused role.

Key Objectives:
  

  • Greet showroom visitors in a positive and professional manner.

  • Load the workshop diary with retail & internal customer bookings.

  • Manage the customer’s vehicle progress through the workshop, informing them of any delays as soon as possible.

  • Upsell of any vehicle health check work identified by the technician.

  • Prospect existing customers within our database to build & maintain the volume of work in the workshop.

  • Follow up previous day’s customers, ensuring that the highest levels of customer satisfaction were achieved.

  • Prepare customer job cards for the coming week, as well as ordering & pre-picking the required parts.

  • Order parts to the customers’ requirements, quoting the delivery times and prices accurately.

  • Maintain and control the secure issue of parts and ensure the accurate recording of issued items.

  • Manage customer enquires swiftly, courteously and efficiently, ensuring the highest standard of customer care and satisfaction, paying attention to manufacturer guidelines.

  • Undertake to actively increase business of parts and accessory sales wherever possible by ensuring that all required parts for any particular repair or service are ordered correctly and in a timely manner.

  • Update and maintain showroom displays with current ranges and prices.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Full UK car and motorcycle driving licence.

  • Good communication via face-to-face interaction, across digital platforms and on the telephone is essential.

  • Desire and passion to deliver the very highest standard of customer experience at all times.

  • Forward thinking and adept with digital technology.

  • Highly motivated and have the determination to achieve all sales targets and performance expectations.

  • Smart in appearance with good standard of personal hygiene.

  • Well organised.​
