  • Lead by example and deliver excellent service to all customers
  • Enhance the dealership’s reputation by achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed targets through the effective operation of the Aftersales team by satisfying and exceeding customers’ expectations
  • Oversee development programs for aftersales and technician staff
  • Investigate, resolve and record customer complaints and congratulations
  • Ensure that procedures are carried out in accordance with dealership policies
  • Monitor and ensure that stock is received, identified and stored carefully and securely
  • Interpret data and system-generated reports and translate these into action plans for the team
  • Maintain awareness of developments, legislation and events in the motorcycle industry
  • Ensure that all maintenance jobs are booked in a timely and accurate manner
  • Liaise with the service advisor to review jobs in progress and resolve any issues which may arise
  • Actively and continuously seek new products and opportunities to sell
  • Plan and co-ordinate product and workshop promotions and act as the key contact for suppliers’ representatives
  • Produce initiatives for the marketing team to set up and maintain effective displays and promotions
  • Maintain a safe working environment ensuring the safety of customers, colleagues and yourself
  • Maintain required standards of conduct and behaviour towards customers in the workplace

To be considered for this role, you MUST...

  • Ideally have a technical background
  • Have excellent leadership skills
  • Be able to motivate and develop your team
  • Be confident in your ability to interpret data and reports
  • Understand the importance of action plans and implementation
  • Work well towards deadlines and performance targets
  • Be competent with the technical knowledge of motorcycles
  • Have experience in managing a team
  • Have experience in running an effective Parts & Accessories service
  • Possess a record of negotiating with suppliers' representatives
  • Possess an understanding of the need for excellent customer service
