In this position you will play an essential role assisting the General Manager on a daily basis with a wide variety of tasks to keep projects and initiatives moving forwards. You will assist with many administrative tasks such as handling all HR-related queries in a discreet and professional manner, coordinating employee training and inductions and overseeing company health and safety requirements. You will also assist with tasks such as preparing and reviewing various documentation, negotiating business rates, arranging meetings, collating information, managing ad-hoc travel arrangements and more. You will also be tasked with streamlining processes within the business to ensure efficient lines of communication, regularly liaising with different stakeholders throughout the business to keep relevant parties up-to-date with important information
You must be a confident and extremely well organised individual who can work on multiple tasks concurrently. Being a team player, happy to assist various departments is important, as is the ability to lead and get the best out of other people to get a job done. An upbeat, positive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively is essential, as is patience, strong attention to details and the ability to make decisions.

Different lenders may pay different commissions for such introductions, and manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed.
