Developing the sales team and store to deliver sales targets alongside providing excellent customer service to customers. You will be required to meet certain brand standards as well as our own sales process which you will regularly monitor and review with individuals in the sales team and upper management. You will be working closely with our marketing department to find new strategies to increase sales and opportunities whilst maintaining a profitable department.
The sales arena goes beyond the showroom as we need to reach out to our local community and also our online communities, so we are looking for you to play a part in this by being an ambassador to the business at events, getting involved with local ride activities and also taking the showroom onto social media platforms and other online channels.
You must be enthusiastic, have a can-do attitude and be flexible. Creating a team with a positive mindset and that are motivated and driven is key. It’s essential you have very good interpersonal skills have a strong level of composure and intellect, along with being very well organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous management experience is preferable.
You will need a full UK motorcycle driving licence to undertake this role, as well as proven sales experience.

But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed.
