Office Administrator

Location: Laguna Motorcycles, Maidstone

The main areas of responsibility for this role include cash reconciliation and banking, supplier ledger management, overflow telephone cover and accurately processing and filing accounting documentation.

You will be working closely with our stock management system, excel spreadsheets and various online portals, so experience with these or similar programs would be beneficial.

Accuracy, attention to detail and organisation skills are essential to this role, as well as the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Experience of working with accounts is also required.

Allocated duties and salary will depend on the successful candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.

This position is based at Laguna Motorcycles in Hart Street, Maidstone. Hours of work are negotiable from 36-45 per week, and also include Saturdays.

Applicants are NOT required to have experience with motorcycles or the motor trade.
