We are currently looking for a Clothing and Admin Assistant to join our highly motivated team at our newly refurbished Triumph dealership in Ashford, Kent. As one of the UK's most successful, premium multi-franchise motorcycle dealers, this is a great opportunity to work alongside some of the finest motorcycles and engage with like-minded bikers.

Working in a team environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers using our Clothing department, as well as being responsible for organising the administration requirements associated to the motorcycle sales process - ensuring that accurate records are held on our systems and uploaded to the relevant manufacturer portals.  


Key Objectives:

  • Greet showroom visitors in a positive and professional manner.
  • Manage customer enquires swiftly, courteously and efficiently - ensuring the highest standard of customer care and satisfaction, to encourage customer retention and loyalty and enhance the dealership’s reputation.
  • Take a proactive approach in keeping the showroom replenished with stock, and maintaining clothing displays.
  • Increase clothing and accessory sales by identifying customer needs and selecting appropriate items to up-sell.
  • Accurately identify, locate and size clothing for customers, by means of acquired knowledge, suppliers’ catalogues and computer stock lists.
  • Help facilitate the smooth running of the motorcycle sales purchase journey for our customers by keeping the administration organised at all times.
  • Keep up-to-date with online portals on a daily basis to acquire and accurately input stock, finance, registration and warranty data.
  • Receive daily reports and act on the information to update Platinum (Dealer Management System) with data for demo, courtesy and stock vehicles; update the system with information in relation to each sale and use the system to generate PDI Job cards and invoices.
  • Liaise with Sales Advisors to ensure that all paper and online information is completed for each vehicle sale or purchase. Scan and organise information relating to completed sales for archiving.
  • Keep stock records fully up to date and accurate at all times.
  • Liaise with workshop and provide job-cards in a timely manner to enable vehicles to be ready for collection on time.
  • Use online portals to register vehicles with DVLA and ensure that registration documents are available at the appropriate time.
  • Support the Aftersales counter when required.
  • Assist with promotions, events, and marketing initiatives in-store and at outside events when required..​​

Applicant Requirements:

  • It’s essential to be a good communicator with face-to-face interaction, across digital platforms and on the telephone
  • Fully adept with Microsoft Office tools, mainly Word, Excel and Sharepoint
  • Desire and passion to deliver the very highest standard of customer experience at all times
  • Forward thinking and adept with digital technology
  • Highly motivated and have the determination to achieve success within a high performing team
  • Smart in appearance with good standard of personal hygiene
  • Extremely well organised & able to multi task
