Built around a distinctive orange frame and equipped with a dedicated HARDENDURO component package, it reinforces its factory-level intent in extreme conditions.

ENGINE & PERFORMANCE

HARDENDURO Protection Package
Designed for extreme terrain, the KTM 300 XC-W HARDENDURO adds a comprehensive protection setup including a radiator fan, skid plate, frame protection set, and front and rear brake disc guards. Additional HARDENDURO components such as black anodized engine hangers further improve durability and resistance, protecting critical areas of the bike during impacts, rock strikes, and repeated technical obstacles.

2-Stroke Power & TBI
At its core, the KTM 300 XC‑W HARDENDURO delivers strong low-end torque and highly responsive power, making it ideal for technical hard enduro terrain where traction, precision, and control are critical. Equipped with advanced Throttle Body Injection (TBI) and a separate oil injection system, it ensures optimal fuel-air mixture and consistent performance across all conditions, reducing rider workload and ensuring reliable performance across varying altitudes and temperatures. Its lightweight design enhances agility, allowing riders to navigate tight, slow-speed technical sections with greater confidence and reduced fatigue.

Race-Ready Drivetrain

High-Performance Braking System
The KTM 300 XC-W HARDENDURO features a floating front brake disc and solid rear disc for strong braking performance. Additional protection components, including front and rear disc guards and a rear brake safety wire, ensure reliability in extreme terrain, providing consistent braking performance even under sustained technical riding conditions

WP XACT Closed Cartridge Fork
The KTM XC‑W range features 48 mm WP XACT Closed Cartridge forks, delivering consistent damping and precise control. With full adjustability of compression and rebound without tools, riders can quickly adapt suspension settings to changing terrain. For improved setup precision, the KTM 300 XC-W HARDENDURO features preload adjusters for fast and accurate front-end tuning, allowing riders to fine-tune performance for slow, technical climbs or aggressive obstacle sections.

Offroad Control Unit (OCU)
The Offroad Control Unit replaces traditional fuses and relays with a smart, integrated system. It continuously manages electrical outputs and automatically isolates faults, ensuring reliability and easy diagnostics in remote hard enduro environments where support is limited.

Map-Select & Engine Management
