THE ROLE
This position is for an experienced Technician who can work to an extremely high standard of quality, without supervision. As one of the busiest workshops in the south of England, we’re looking for more people with technical skills to join our existing team so we can help eachother to continue growing and developing. Jobs will mostly include the more intricate work, such as diagnostics and engine repairs, but will also include general servicing and maintenance work where required. We’d be looking for you to help some of your less experienced colleagues by sharing your knowledge and guiding them in the right way to improving theirs.
ABOUT YOU
It’s crucial you have proven experience of over 4 years working in a commercial motorcycle workshop. A positive, can-do attitude is required, with a willingness to help and support your team mates. You must possess an extremely high level of workmanship and desire to provide the very best service at all times to deliver the most exceptional service to our customers. A willingness to keep developing is important.
A full UK motorcycle licence with no more than 6 points is essential.

We can introduce you to a selected panel of lenders, which includes manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent. An introduction to a lender does not amount to independent financial advice and we act as their agent for this introduction. Our approach is to introduce you first to the manufacturer lender linked directly to the particular franchise you are purchasing your vehicle from, who are usually able to offer the best available package for you, taking into account both interest rates and other contributions. If they are unable to make you an offer of finance, we then seek to introduce you to whichever of the other lenders on our panel is able to make the next best offer of finance for you. Our aim is to secure the best deal you are eligible for from our panel of lenders. Lenders may pay a fixed commission to us for introducing you to them, calculated by reference to the vehicle model or amount you borrow.
