In the heart of the dealership, you will be responsible for supporting customers with parts and accessories enquiries, sourcing the right products that are requested and advising on new ones based on the customers' wants and needs. You will also be responsible for booking bikes into a busy workshop diary and liaising with the technicians to ensure all jobs are completed as efficiently and professionally as possible. Customer satisfaction is paramount and you will be working to an exceptionally high level of service to build strong, trusted, lasting relationships with our customers as we look after their motorcycles for many years to come. It’s an extremely fast paced environment with lots of tasks being handled at all times, it’s vital to see all jobs through to the end by remaining well organised and completing all relevant administration tasks within the role.
You must be extremely well organised, fast thinking and enthusiastic. Product knowledge will need to be strong and you must has a willingness to learn. A can-do attitude is essential and you must be flexible and willing to step up to the plate when called upon by your peers. Critically, you must have exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong level of composure and intellect.
Ideally you will have a full UK motorcycle driving licence to undertake this role.

Our aim is to secure the best deal you are eligible for from our panel of lenders. Lenders may pay a fixed commission to us for introducing you to them, calculated by reference to the vehicle model or amount you borrow. Different lenders may pay different commissions for such introductions, and manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed.
