Laguna Motorcycles Maidstone - Servicing

Here at Laguna Motorcycles in Maidstone, Kent, we are pleased to offer a variety of services which include: servicing, general motorcycle maintenance, MOT testing, pre-delivery inspection work (PDI) and insurance repairs, including the completion of estimates.

To speak with us about any of these services, simply stop by to our service reception desk in-store where our Service Manager, Mark, will be very happy to assist you in booking an appointment or answering any queries you may have. Alternatively, you can call us on 01622 681 765. Our workshop is open from 8:30am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. 

Triumph Service

Our workshop has eight bays, including one which is specifically designed and equipped for MOT testing. We also have a separate workshop specifically set-up for all PDI work, which is fully equipped to fit accessories and carry out any pre-delivery MOT tests.

To ensure that we offer an exceptional service to all of our customers, we have a highly skilled team in place with expert knowledge across most motorcycle brands.

Service Manager, Mark, is supported by our highly knowledgeable Service Advisors who will be able to assist you with any queries in the first instance.

Laguna Ashford Triumph - Servicing

At our dedicated Triumph-only store in Ashford, Kent, we pride ourselves on having the skills and knowledge to carry out servicing, any repair work and MOT testing on any Hinckley Triumph, to the highest standard. 

If you would like to book your bike in for a service, MOT or repair - or you have an enquiry, please stop by the store to speak to a member of our friendly team, or alternatively, call us on 01233 636 699. The workshop is open from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday.

Our knowledgeable After-Sales team are on-hand to answer any queries you may have, and our experienced Technicians are trained to work on the complete range of Triumph motorcycles. They regularly attend training courses at the Hinckley Triumph factory and have in-depth knowledge of the full range of models.

As well as being able to supply and fit the wide range of Triumph accessories, we are also approved suppliers for Datatool alarms, Tracker systems and Autocoms, all of which we can fit and install.

To qualify for a free oil filter when you book your next* service with us, you simply need to complete the feedback form sent to you via email from Triumph UK following your motorcycle service. 

Following this you will receive a voucher via email that you can redeem to claim your free oil filter.*

Important information: Please note that the Free Oil Filter voucher is specific to customers who have completed their Triumph service motorcycle feedback survey between Monday 26 April 2021 and Wednesday 30 June 2021 - survey completion dates will be checked on our system when vouchers are redeemed. Customers must book their service appointment and their motorcycle must undergo its next service within 12 months of completing their motorcycle service feedback survey to claim a free oil filter. The free oil filter is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable and may not be sold or exchanged for any equivalent cash value. Customers will receive their free oil filter when their next service is undertaken.
