THE ROLE

This position is for an experienced Technician who can work to an extremely high standard of quality, without supervision. As what is anticicpated to be one of the busiest workshops in the south of England, we’re looking for people with technical skills to join our brand new team so we can help each other to grow and develop. Jobs will mostly include the more intricate work, such as diagnostics and engine repairs, but will also include general servicing and maintenance work where required. We’d be looking for you to help some of your less experienced colleagues by sharing your knowledge and guiding them in the right way to improving theirs. 

ABOUT YOU

It’s crucial you have proven experience of over 4 years working in a commercial motorcycle workshop. A positive, can-do attitude is required, with a willingness to help and support your team mates. You must possess an extremely high level of workmanship and desire to provide the very best service at all times to deliver the most exceptional service to our customers. A willingness to keep developing is important.

A full UK motorcycle licence with no more than 6 points is essential.

But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed.
