Laguna Motorcycles is the largest motorcycle dealer store in the South-East of England, and we are currently seeking an e-Commerce Operations Co-ordinator.  This is an exciting opportunity to join the e-Commerce team as we continue to grow from strength to strength.
 
Working as part of a team, you will pick, pack and dispatch customer orders received through our online channels (Amazon, eBay, and Shopify). This will require manual handling and lifting of stock.  
e-Commerce Operations - Other duties include:

 

  • Answering customer queries via email, telephone, and other communication methods regarding order queries and product information.
 
  • Assist with the management of external stock (Amazon FBA) to ensure consistent availability by monitoring inventory quantities and sales trends.
 
  • Identify, research, and make recommendations for new product listing opportunities.
 
  • Conduct stock inventories and organise the storage areas and the receipt of stock from suppliers and other dealer stores.
 
The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational and time management skills to meet challenging deadlines.  You will also need to be computer literate and possess excellent communication skills to be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with our customers, suppliers, and other team members.  
 
Although experience in an online retail environment or knowledge of bikes would be an advantage, it is not compulsory – attitude and character are what we value.

Contract type: Full-time, Permanent
 
Working days: Five days a week, including Saturdays, 9.00am to 6.00pm
