You will be working with a very well established team who will share a lot of experience with you to develop your customer service skills and product knowledge. A key part of the operation involves packing up and distributing items that have sold online as this part of the business is growing all the time. You will help with monitoring stock control, completing stock checks and replenishing items on display. Once you’re ready, you will help customers with purchases of clothing and merchandise items.
You must be a positive and up-beat person with a can-do attitude. You’ll need to be able to listen and learn in order to develop your skills. You will need to be confident with your communication skills to be able to comfortably answer and handle phone calls as well as talk to customers in the shop.
It would be ideal, but not essential, for you to have a motorcycle licence and actively ride or be looking to complete this.
