THE ROLE
As a Clothing Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring customers find the perfect gear to match their riding needs. From protective gear to the latest in biker fashion, you will help create a unique shopping experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcoming all customers entering the store and assisting with their product selection.
Providing expert advice on motorcycle clothing, gear, and accessories.
Upselling and cross-selling to customers to help them find what they are looking for.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
Maintaining an organised and visually appealing store floor.
Help with monitoring stock control, completing stock checks and replenishing items on display.
Processing transactions and handling customer queries.
Staying up to date with the latest products and industry trends.
ABOUT YOU
Our Clothing Advisors are pivotal to our business and play a vital role in the success of our stores. We’re looking for some who has the ability to be creative and maximise sales using a variety of selling techniques and product knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous retail sales experience (desirable).
Excellent selling and customer service skills.
Self-motivated with a positive, up-beat, can-do attitude.
Excellent communication skills to be able to comfortably answer and handle phone calls as well as talk to customers in the store.
To successfully undertake the Clothing Advisor role, you must also be computer literate, a team player, and be willing to learn about the technical and safety features of motorcycle clothing.
Although experience in a retail environment or knowledge of motorcycles (as a rider/pillion passenger) would be an advantage, it is not compulsory – we value attitude and character.
Contract type: Full-time, Permanent
Working days: Five days a week, including Saturdays

We are a credit broker and not a lender. We can introduce you to a lender on our panel, which includes lenders of vehicle manufacturers. We have commercial arrangements with lenders and credit brokers which are likely to influence who we introduce you to. We are not an independent financial adviser and don’t give you any advice or recommendations. It is your choice whether you enter into any finance agreement. Our approach is to introduce you first to the manufacturer lender linked to the franchise offering you the vehicle. They will usually offer the best available package for you, taking into account both interest rates and other contributions (but we do not guarantee they do). If they are unable to offer finance, we then seek to introduce you to someone else on our panel. We will usually receive a commission for your introduction. This will be either a fixed fee, or a fixed percentage of the amount that you borrow. This may be linked to the vehicle model you choose. Lenders of vehicle manufacturers may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement. Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will tell you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receiving this commission. The exact amount of commission will be confirmed before you sign your finance agreement.
