At the core of the DS800X Rally lies an all-new 798cc 8-valve DOHC parallel-twin engine with a 270° firing order, producing an impressive 93.8 bhp at 9,000rpm and 81Nm of torque at 6,500rpm. This setup delivers smooth, tractable power across the rev range and that unmistakable V-twin growl. Paired with a 6-speed gearbox and a hydraulic slipper clutch, every shift feels crisp and controlled — on tarmac or trail.
The DS800X Rally’s reinforced steel frame and cast aluminium swingarm deliver incredible strength and stability, while the fully adjustable KYB suspension — with 200mm front and 190mm rear travel — provides a plush, composed ride across the roughest terrain.

 

Nissin radial brakes with tuned switchable ABS ensure confident stopping power on every surface, and the rotary steering damper keeps things steady when the terrain gets unpredictable.
