POSTED: 04/08/2022

Here's a new ride route for you!

Our very own David, (Aftersales Advisor), has just got back from his road trip to Wales. He and his group stacked up over 350 miles and stopped off at some of the finest destinations our nation has to offer, including a ride on the Evo Triangle! If you're looking for a memorable trip featuring stunning landscapes and perfect riding conditions, David has you covered. For the best riding experience, make sure you avoid motorways (there's a setting on Google Maps for this)!

If you need support in making your motorcycle more adventure friendly, give us a call on 01622 713950

Guildford, Bracknell, Oxford & Worcester

The trip starts at Maidstone Honda, where you are welcome to grab a coffee and any last-minute adventure gear you may need. Once you're ready to take off, the first stop is Guildford, a town famous for its beautiful cobbled high street and wealth of historic attractions.

From there you'll be riding to Oxford via Bracknell where, (if you time it right), you'll be greeted by a beautiful street market - be sure to try the Oxford sausage. Then for your final stop off of the day you'll want to settle down in Worcester, known best for its picture-perfect cathedral and stunning dining choices.

Shrewsbury, Snowdonia & Evo Triangle

For the second day of riding, you'll want to make your way over to Shrewsbury, a town founded by the Saxons and developed by the Tudors. This town is full of history - not to mention the beautiful castles, spires, abbey and medieval structural architecture. There is a lot to see in Shrewsbury!

After Shrewsbury, your next destination features dreamlike landscapes and unforgettable panoramic views. This stop is none other than Snowdonia. When riding through Snowdonia be sure to take a break here and there to really absorb your surroundings, you won't regret it. From the stunning landscapes of Snowdonia, it's then onto the Evo Triangle - a famous riding route featured in Evo Magazine and on television shows like Top Gear.

Newtown & Brecon Beacons

The third day features some of the most unimaginable naturistic scenes you may ever see. First off you'll want to head to Newtown, an adorable characterful town located in Powys, Wales - if you rise early enough, there's a breathtaking sunrise to be experienced across Newtown's stunning rivers.

Then once you've soaked up the sunrise in Newtown you'll want to do the polar opposite in the Brecon Beacons, showcasing a truly jaw-dropping sunset - you can watch the sun slowly drift off the tips of this town's famous hills and mountains.

Cirencester, Winchester & Loomies Cafe

The time has come to start heading back but it would be wrong to not stop off at some beautiful locations along the way. From the sunny Brecon Beacons onto Cirencester, a town that was once the second largest town in Britain (during the Roman age) - there's history on every corner.

After Cirencester you'll want to journey through to Winchester, a city boasting a charming town centre and effortless naturistic beauty. There are tons of remarkable riverside beer gardens and several dining locations next to the world-famous cathedral.

The last stop of the road trip is Loomies Cafe, a quirky little moto cafe based just outside West Meon. This cafe features an awesome selection of motorcycle gear, phenomenal food and regular events you won't want to miss.

We are a credit broker and not a lender. We can introduce you to a lender on our panel, which includes lenders of vehicle manufacturers. We have commercial arrangements with lenders and credit brokers which are likely to influence who we introduce you to. We are not an independent financial adviser and don’t give you any advice or recommendations. It is your choice whether you enter into any finance agreement. Our approach is to introduce you first to the manufacturer lender linked to the franchise offering you the vehicle. They will usually offer the best available package for you, taking into account both interest rates and other contributions (but we do not guarantee they do). If they are unable to offer finance, we then seek to introduce you to someone else on our panel. We will usually receive a commission for your introduction. This will be either a fixed fee, or a fixed percentage of the amount that you borrow. This may be linked to the vehicle model you choose. Lenders of vehicle manufacturers may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement. Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will tell you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receiving this commission. The exact amount of commission will be confirmed before you sign your finance agreement.
