Our very own Motorcycle Technician, Jack Lee, will be jumping out of a plane at tremendous height to raise money for Cancer Research UK on the 8th of May 2022.
Jack's life, like lots around the world, has been affected dearly by cancer and he is doing his part in raising money to find a cure for this sometimes-life-destroying disease.
Scroll down for more on his story...
In 2015 our very own Motorcycle Technician Jack Lee experienced, like many across the world, the pure horror of finding out his mother had been diagnosed with breast cancer. Regardless of how common you hear it happening to people in your social circles, you never imagine it happening to someone you love that's so close to you.
She continued to show a brave face and fight the disease during her treatment which involved various procedures such as Chemotherapy, Radiotherapy and a Mastectomy. While fighting this life-threatening disease she made it clear just how strong of a woman she was as she continued to be upbeat around her family and friends. Jack mentions that had she not have lost her hair, you would have never known. As she concluded her treatment it was confirmed that she had beaten it.
Unfortunately, after nearly five years in remission and as things were returning to what seemed like normality - Jack's mother was diagnosed with secondary breast cancer, which had spread throughout her body. The doctors this time informed the family that the cancer was treatable but incurable. Nevertheless, this beyond inspirational woman has taken it on again, with the same strength and bravery she showed all those years ago.
Every donation means the world - and Jack sends his appreciation in advance.

We can introduce you to a selected panel of lenders, which includes manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent. An introduction to a lender does not amount to independent financial advice and we act as their agent for this introduction. Our approach is to introduce you first to the manufacturer lender linked directly to the particular franchise you are purchasing your vehicle from, who are usually able to offer the best available package for you, taking into account both interest rates and other contributions. If they are unable to make you an offer of finance, we then seek to introduce you to whichever of the other lenders on our panel is able to make the next best offer of finance for you. Our aim is to secure the best deal you are eligible for from our panel of lenders. Lenders may pay a fixed commission to us for introducing you to them, calculated by reference to the vehicle model or amount you borrow. Different lenders may pay different commissions for such introductions, and manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed. All finance applications are subject to status, terms and conditions apply, UK residents only, 18’s or over. Guarantees may be required.
