Key objectives:

  • Represent the company and the brand to the expected high standards

  • Build a strong rapport with customers and the local motorcycle and Harley-Davidson® community 

  • Receive customer enquiries by telephone and in person and successfully convert these into firm bookings

  • Receive all parts orders, interpreting and understanding customer/workshop requirements and advising on any additional requirements or prices, matching orders against stock items and informing customers of any items which are not stocked and need ordering.

  • Achieve and maintain a high level of aftersales and use opportunities to upsell products that further enhance the customers motorcycling experience

  • Driven to engage with all new enquires with a comprehensive and personal follow up

  • Explore new opportunities to ensure all interactions with customers are focused on developing long standing relationships

  • Support other departments to deliver the highest level of customer experience at all times

  • Strive towards winning awards and recognition both individually and as a collective team 

  • Be accountable for your actions with a high level of detail

  • Support the service department and liaise with service and sales customers​

Applicant Requirements:

  • Full UK motorcycle driving licence 

  • Experience in an Aftersales role with transferable skills into the motorcycle sector

  • A good communicator with face-to-face interaction, across digital platforms and on the phone

  • Desire and passion to deliver the very highest standard of customer experience at all times

  • Process focused and with a good level of computer skills

  • A team player, prepared to step up and help all members of the dealership when required

  • Well organised and personable (you are the face of our dealership and the Harley-Davidson® brand)

  • Experience using Platinum would be an advantage

  • Previous motorcycle warranty experience – desired

  • Understanding of Harley Davidson® parts and accessories - desired​
