COVER YOUR BIKE

We provide a number of solutions to ensure your ongoing freedom from unnecessary and unplanned expenses. You can rest assured that the products available carry the full endorsement of Harley-Davidson® and have been developed to fully satisfy the demands of you our customer.
 

Harley-Davidson Warranty Services

How long do you intend keeping your bike for? We can provide cover for up to 5 years (3 years in addition to the 2 year factory warranty).

We have developed a warranty without limits, well almost! It is unlimited from a mileage point of view, we want you to ride your bike and fully explore your new found freedom and any claims are payable up to the value of your bike at the time the warranty was purchased. This cover also increases the Harley|ASSIST™ roadside assistance you get with your bike to match the period of warranty.

12 month extensive warranty and roadside assistance package with the same benefits as our HARLEY | OPTIMUM WARRANTY™ that we provide for new motorcycles, that’s a sign of how confident we are in our used machines!

Whilst our used bikes are supplied with an extensive 12 month warranty, as well as Harley | ASSIST™ roadside assistance, you can extend this for up to an additional 24 months, your dealer should inform you of the options available.

Tyre care keeps you rolling.  If you are unfortunate to get a puncture or tyre damaged so it is unroadworthy (not through normal wear & tear) then we can cover up to 6 tyres (2 tyres per year for a three year period).  We cover the cost of replacement and fitting, with no excess charged.

We are a credit broker and not a lender. We can introduce you to a lender on our panel, which includes lenders of vehicle manufacturers. We have commercial arrangements with lenders and credit brokers which are likely to influence who we introduce you to. We are not an independent financial adviser and don’t give you any advice or recommendations. It is your choice whether you enter into any finance agreement. Our approach is to introduce you first to the manufacturer lender linked to the franchise offering you the vehicle. They will usually offer the best available package for you, taking into account both interest rates and other contributions (but we do not guarantee they do). If they are unable to offer finance, we then seek to introduce you to someone else on our panel. We will usually receive a commission for your introduction. This will be either a fixed fee, or a fixed percentage of the amount that you borrow. This may be linked to the vehicle model you choose. Lenders of vehicle manufacturers may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement. Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will tell you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receiving this commission. The exact amount of commission will be confirmed before you sign your finance agreement.
